Followed Kenji’s infused oil recipe; 6-8 garlic cloves, 6 scallions, 4x red chile, 2T red szechuan peppercorn, 3 star anise, 2 bay leaf, 1c avocado oil. Light but pleasant? Got responses of binging on it.
