Light Brown Sugar

Origin

Standard granulated sugar with added molasses. Available at all grocery stores.

Flavor Profile

Sweet with a subtle molasses undertone. Dissolves readily in butter or oil. Provides the classic caramel sweetness of kettle corn with a hint of toasty depth from the molasses.

Notes

Good level of caramel / browned sugar between granulated and dark brown sugar. Enough to add some flavor to kettle corn but not too deep.
