Dolce Vita Pumpkin Pie (extract)

Origin

Dolce Vita — Pumpkin Pie is available through specialty flavor suppliers.

Flavor Profile

Full pumpkin pie flavor — cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and ginger over sweet custard.

Use in Popcorn

Apply a few drops or a pinch (depending on concentration) to freshly popped popcorn while tossing. Essential oils are extremely potent — start with 1 drop per batch. Extracts can be applied as a light dusting or mist. Mix into melted butter or oil before coating popcorn for even distribution.
