Notes
Found bags of Trader Joe’s Cinnamon Pink Lady Apple snacks, fried pink lady apple with cinnamon sugar. Used 180g plain butter, 1/2c light brown sugar, 9g salt, 1 x 71g bag of apple snacks, 1.5ml apple extract per lb popcorn.
Well it should have been light brown sugar, forgot and used granulated. See child for doing it better.
