Used 185g black pepper with two packets of Goya chicken seasoning (10g each) for 1lb popcorn. My thought: Black pepper comes on a bit too strong for the background chicken flavor. Should use less black pepper next time. Was popular overall, feedback thought the punch of the black pepper was nice to give the chicken character.
Use less black pepper next time to let the chicken flavor come through more.
