Dolce Vita Apple (extract)

Origin

Dolce Vita — Apple is available through specialty flavor suppliers.

Flavor Profile

Classic apple flavor with a crisp, fresh character. Closer to Granny Smith than Fuji.

Use in Popcorn

Apply a few drops or a pinch (depending on concentration) to freshly popped popcorn while tossing. Essential oils are extremely potent — start with 1 drop per batch. Extracts can be applied as a light dusting or mist. Mix into melted butter or oil before coating popcorn for even distribution.
