Bulk Apothecary Garlic (eo)

Origin

Bulk Apothecary — Garlic Essential Oil is available through specialty flavor suppliers.

Flavor Profile

Intensely garlic-forward with no bitterness. Much stronger than infused oil or powder.

Use in Popcorn

Apply a few drops or a pinch (depending on concentration) to freshly popped popcorn while tossing. Essential oils are extremely potent — start with 1 drop per batch. Extracts can be applied as a light dusting or mist. Mix into melted butter or oil before coating popcorn for even distribution.
